Raksham is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and trustworthy platform for animal welfare, rescue activities, pet care, and pet commerce. Raksham is owned, managed, and operated by Yellow Tree ("Organization").
This Community & User Conduct Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of Raksham's website, Android application, iOS application, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to:

- Promote responsible participation

- Raksham employees and partners
Users must not:
- Harass others
- Threaten others
- Use abusive language
- Engage in bullying
- Engage in discriminatory behavior
- Encourage violence or harm
Raksham maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment and abuse.
4. Honest and Accurate Information
Users must provide truthful and accurate information when:
- Creating accounts
- Reporting rescue cases
- Uploading prescriptions
- Posting reviews
- Submitting feedback
- Making purchases
Users must not:
- Impersonate another individual or organization
- Provide misleading information
- Submit false rescue requests
- Use fraudulent payment methods
- Upload forged documents
5. Animal Rescue Reporting Guidelines
Rescue reports should be genuine, accurate, and submitted in good faith. When reporting an animal rescue case, users should:
- Provide accurate location information
- Share relevant photographs where possible
- Describe the animal's condition honestly
- Provide contact details for coordination purposes
Users must not:
- Submit false rescue reports
- Intentionally mislead rescuers
- Create duplicate reports to manipulate visibility
- Use rescue requests for promotional purposes
- Interfere with rescue operations
False rescue reports may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Volunteer and Rescue Conduct
Volunteers and rescue participants are expected to:
- Act responsibly
- Prioritize animal welfare
- Follow applicable laws
- Respect local authorities and property rights
- Maintain professional conduct
Volunteers must not:
- Misrepresent qualifications
- Solicit unauthorized payments
- Exploit rescue situations for personal gain
- Endanger animals or other individuals
Raksham reserves the right to remove volunteers or organizations that violate these standards.
7. Marketplace Conduct
Users engaging in commerce through Raksham must:
- Place genuine orders
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Cooperate during delivery and verification processes
- Follow applicable product usage instructions
Users must not:
- Abuse return policies
- Submit fraudulent refund claims
- Engage in payment fraud
- Manipulate pricing or promotions
- Misuse discount programs
Raksham may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent commercial activity.
8. Prescription Upload Guidelines
Where prescription medicines are offered, users must ensure that:
- Prescriptions are genuine
- Prescriptions belong to the intended pet
- Information provided is accurate and complete
Users must not:
- Upload forged prescriptions
- Alter prescription documents
- Use another person's prescription without authorization
- Attempt to obtain restricted products unlawfully
Violation of these requirements may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
9. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Users may post reviews regarding products, services, delivery experiences, and customer support experiences. Reviews must not:
- Contain false information
- Be used to harass individuals
- Include profanity or abusive language
- Contain promotional material
- Include personal information of others
Raksham reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate this Policy.
10. User-Generated Content
Users may upload content including:
- Animal photographs
- Rescue updates
- Product reviews
- Profile images
- Prescriptions
- Feedback submissions
Users remain responsible for all content they upload. By submitting content, users confirm that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to share such content.
11. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload, share, post, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful
- Is defamatory
- Is fraudulent or misleading
- Promotes violence
- Promotes cruelty toward animals
- Promotes illegal activities
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates privacy rights
- Contains obscene or sexually explicit material
- Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
Raksham may remove such content without prior notice.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Users must respect the privacy of others. Users must not share personal information of others without consent, publish private contact information, share confidential veterinary records without authorization, or misuse rescue-related information. Any misuse of personal information may result in account suspension and legal action.
13. Intellectual Property
Users must respect intellectual property rights. Users must not copy copyrighted content without permission, upload unauthorized materials, use trademarks in a misleading manner, or misrepresent ownership of content. Raksham may remove infringing content and suspend repeat offenders.
14. Platform Security
Users must not attempt to:
- Gain unauthorized access to systems
- Circumvent security controls
- Interfere with Platform functionality
- Introduce malicious software
- Perform automated scraping without authorization
- Exploit vulnerabilities
Any attempt to compromise Platform security may result in immediate termination and legal action.
15. Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Identity fraud
- Payment fraud
- Prescription fraud
- Rescue fraud
- Account misuse
- Fake reviews
- Referral abuse
- Promotional abuse
Raksham reserves the right to investigate and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
16. Enforcement Actions
Raksham may take any of the following actions when violations occur:
- Issue warnings
- Remove content
- Restrict Platform features
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently terminate accounts
- Cancel orders
- Deny future access
- Report unlawful conduct to authorities
Raksham's decisions regarding enforcement shall be final.
17. Reporting Violations
Users may report violations of this Policy by contacting Raksham through official support channels. Reports should include:
- Description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or evidence
- User details (if known)
- Order or case references (if applicable)
Raksham will review reports and take appropriate action where warranted.
18. Changes to This Policy
Raksham reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
