The Data Principal agrees that he/she shall not file or initiate any complaints, legal proceedings or claims against Yellow Tree and/or our employees, partners, associates, etc. in this regard. The Data Principal further agrees to indemnify and hold Yellow Tree and/or our employees, partners, associates, etc. harmless from any complaints, legal proceedings or claims filed or initiated by any third party against Yellow Tree in this regard.

 

9. CHANGE OF PURPOSE

We will only use Data Principal Information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

 

If we need to use Data Principal Information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify the Data Principal and we will explain the legal basis which allows Yellow Tree to do so.

activity on the platform, Yellow Tree may need to retain certain details until the completion of that transaction or as required by applicable laws.

 

Additionally, residual copies of personal information may remain in backup or archival storage, which cannot be immediately erased due to technical constraints. There may also be specific legal or regulatory reasons that prevent Yellow Tree from deleting certain data.

 

By requesting deletion, the Data Principal acknowledges that Yellow Tree shall not be held liable for any disruption or inability to provide services following such deletion. The Data Principal further agrees not to initiate any complaints, legal proceedings, or claims against Yellow Tree, its employees, partners, or associates in this regard and shall indemnify and hold them harmless against any third-party claims arising due to such deletion requests.
